Wtórpol is one of the biggest companies in Europe and in the world, which deals with used clothing recycling. In July 2007 the most modern sorting line was installed by Valvan company. Thanks to the innovation, the capacity of the sorting line is up to 6.000.000 kg monthly. Moreover it has helped to improve working conditions significantly and at the same time the technological process enables better controlling of quality, which is at a very high and stable level.
Presently we are recycling around 3.500.000 kg of used clothing. We gather the material from 16 thousand of containers placed in the whole country. We sort around 120 variuos assortments and sell it in our own chain of shops as well as we export it to African and Asian countries.
Wtórpol company is one of few companies of used clothing recycling branch, that boasts very modern machines for export items production. First class machines have enabled us to make work easier and more efficient.
Our company is also a leading producer of industrial wiper of annual capacity 600.000 kg. Our representatives sell wiper in Poland with success.
Used clothing includes a lot of wastes, which are not suitable for sale as clothing. However we have coped with this problem by further investments like modern machines for waste recycling. Thanks to this process we produce caloric fuel used as an alternative source of energy by cement plants and heat stations.  
Wtórpol company employ 1200 people, including 700 disabled workers. We take care of natural environment because thanks to our activities we prevent around 42.000.000 kg of used clothing from dumping, because we use 99% of gained material.
